What you buy, and when you get it

A Founding Partner seat is a pre-order of Keelstamp for one business. You pay now. You get access when the first version, v1, is delivered to you, and your first year starts on that day, not on the day you pay.

v1 is the first version that has all four of these:

• an approval inbox, where a person your client names approves or rejects an action before it is carried out;
• a hard spending cap per client, checked before each call to an AI model provider that goes through Keelstamp;
• an emergency stop;
• for each decision, a receipt that can be verified offline, without access to our systems.

None of this is released yet. v1 counts as delivered when all four are available in your account and we have told you so in writing. If v1 is not delivered by 31 March 2027, the live guarantee below applies.

The price and what it covers

$490/year, excluding VAT, paid in advance for your first year when you order. Prices are in US dollars.

From your v1 access date, the price covers:

• up to 3 client workspaces, one for each client;
• use of your own AI provider account and keys, so model usage stays on your provider's bill;
• the four functions above;
• a direct written line to the founder by email.

Extra workspaces are not included. If we offer them later, we show the price before you buy them. Managed access to AI models is not included.

After the first year, the plan renews automatically for another year unless you cancel before the renewal date. Before each renewal we email you a reminder with the price, and we charge the renewal at its start to the payment method you gave us. To cancel, write to billing@keelstamp.com; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current year.

VAT: businesses in Denmark pay Danish VAT on top. Businesses in another EU country with a valid VAT number are invoiced without Danish VAT, under the reverse charge. Businesses outside the EU are invoiced without Danish VAT. Other taxes are covered in the terms.

Three examples:

• a business in the United States, or anywhere else outside the EU, pays the price above and is invoiced without Danish VAT;
• a business in another EU country with a valid VAT number pays the price above, invoiced without Danish VAT, and accounts for the VAT itself under the reverse charge;
• a business in Denmark pays the price above plus 25% Danish VAT.

Seats

25 seats in total, one per business. Seats go in the order payments arrive. If your payment arrives after the last seat is taken, we don't accept the order and refund the full amount. A seat can't be passed to another business without our written consent.

Refunds and the live guarantee

• Refund window: you get a full refund if you write to billing@keelstamp.com within 30 days after your v1 access date. You don't need to give a reason.
• Live guarantee: if v1 is not delivered by 31 March 2027, you choose, within 14 days after that date, either a full refund or 3 months of extra access at no charge. If you don't choose in time, you get a full refund.
• If you choose the extra access, the guarantee date moves 3 months later, and you can still get a full refund if v1 is not delivered by the new date. We write to you on or shortly before the guarantee date.
• If we stop Keelstamp before v1 is delivered, you get a full refund.

Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with.

Price lock

Your price is locked for 24 months from your v1 access date, as long as your subscription continues without a break. A renewal that starts after the lock has ended is charged at our list price at that time for a comparable plan, which the renewal reminder states.

Who can buy

Businesses only. If your business is established in the EU, Canada or Australia, you need a valid VAT number or an equivalent tax ID to order; a business established elsewhere, including in the United States, doesn't. We may check a number you give, including in the EU's VIES system, before the invoice is final. Consumers can't buy Keelstamp, and it can't be used for a client that is a consumer.

We don't currently accept orders from businesses established in the United Kingdom.

How to buy, in writing

Everything happens in writing. We don't hold sales calls or meetings. There are three steps:

1. Read the terms of service, the data processing agreement, which is part of them, and our privacy policy.
2. Pay through the payment link below. Add your VAT number or tax ID at checkout. EU, Canadian and Australian businesses must; we check it before we confirm. At checkout you also give your company's details, accept the terms, and pay on Stripe's payment page.
3. Within 2 business days, we write to you from alex@keelstamp.com with a link to your invoice, which shows the version of the terms you accepted, and either accept the order, which reserves your seat, or decline it and refund the full amount. We write to you when v1 is delivered to your account; your first year and your refund window start that day.

If v1 is not delivered by 31 March 2027, you choose a full refund or 3 months of extra access at no charge, as set out under refunds and the live guarantee above.

After you pay

• Stripe confirms the payment on screen.
• Within 2 business days, we write to you from alex@keelstamp.com with a link to your invoice (it shows the version of the terms you accepted), and either accept the order and reserve your seat, or decline it and refund the full amount.
• When v1 is delivered, we write to you. Your first year and your refund window start that day.
